DEPKA advantages
Non-allergenic
It matters to know what goes on your walls. The ingredient list of DEPKA cotton plaster is short and clear: cotton, a natural adhesive and decorative natural stone.

A short, clear ingredient list
DEPKA cotton plaster is made from cotton, a natural adhesive and decorative natural stones. It comes ready in the pack and only needs mixing with warm water. Nothing but water is added to the mix.
It is non-allergenic. Because it contains no paint, thinner or solvent, there is no harsh smell during application either.
When choosing a textured coating, the first thing to look at is the ingredients: the label should clearly state the type of fibre, the binder and the filler.

Is there any smell or sanding dust during application?
No. Cotton plaster is mixed into a paste with warm water and spread with a trowel. No sanding is needed, and there is no paint or thinner smell; see the odour-free page for details.
Is cotton plaster different from silk plaster?
Yes. DEPKA cotton plaster is not silk plaster; it is a natural alternative for anyone looking for a textured coating. You can read about the differences in our comparison article.
