Scope
This policy applies to depkagroup.com.tr and all its pages. For orders placed on our online shop, depkamarket.com, that site's privacy principles also apply.
Information we collect
When you share it: Our contact, order, dealer application and announcement list forms prepare a WhatsApp or email message containing your name, phone number, email address, city, address and message. This message reaches us only when you send it. Information you share when you call us or write to us directly is also covered.
When you visit the website: Our website is hosted on Google Firebase. For security and to keep the service running, the hosting service may keep technical logs such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and suggest colours and quantities
- To confirm your order and handle payment and shipping
- To assess your dealership application
- To send you announcements of promotions and news, if you have agreed to receive them
- To meet our legal obligations
Sharing
We don't sell or rent out your information. We share it only as far as the service requires, with shipping companies, banks, those who provide our accounting services and, on request, authorised public authorities.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, email service providers, YouTube, Google Maps and Google Fonts are subject to their own privacy policies. Our cookie policy explains which content loads and when.
Protecting your information
Our website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Messages that reach us are seen only by the team members handling your request. We share our bank account details only on the payment details page and through our official WhatsApp line; ignore any message giving a different IBAN.
Children's privacy
Our website is not aimed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
