DEPKA advantages
Easy to clean, renews itself
DEPKA cotton plaster is an easy-to-clean wall coating that can be reworked with water. Moisten a stained area, smooth it out, and the wall looks just as it did on the first day.

A surface that renews itself
Even after it has dried, cotton plaster can be softened with water. This makes upkeep very easy: spray water onto the surface, the cotton becomes damp, and when you smooth it with a trowel the surface renews itself.
Stained, pen-marked or dirty areas can be refreshed easily this way. Because the colour doesn't fade, the refreshed area doesn't show. For deep marks, broken pieces or heavy dirt, that section is repaired.
Three surfaces, three ways to deal with stains
| Painted wall | Wallpaper | DEPKA cotton plaster | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pen marks and stains | Wiped off or touched up with paint | A stubborn stain means replacing a strip | Misted with water and smoothed with a trowel |
| Afterwards | The touched-up area may look different | The join may show | No colour difference |
| What you need | Paint, roller and brush | A spare roll and adhesive | Water and a trowel |
Easy upkeep
No chemicals needed
For stains and dirt, a water spray and a trowel are enough.

How do I remove a pen mark or stain?
Mist the area with water; once the cotton plaster has softened, smooth it with the transparent Depka trowel or a flat piece of plastic. If the mark is deep or the dirt is heavy, follow the steps on the repair page.
Will the refreshed area show?
No. Because DEPKA's colour doesn't fade and the repair uses the same material, there is no colour difference once dry.
