Ceramic plaster
A flake-textured, stone-look surface
The flakes in crystal ceramic plaster are made by bringing micronised ceramic powder to a paint-like consistency in the chosen colour and firing it at high temperature. The flakes are then sized, blended in set colour ratios and mixed with an acrylic binder into a mortar that is applied to the wall.
The result is a stone-look surface in natural granite colours. It bonds firmly to the substrate, and its flexible structure covers any cracks that may form. It stands up well to knocks and can be repaired when needed.
Thanks to these properties, it is used not only on facades but also in stairwells and interiors.

- 01

Repair any damaged areas. Prime the surface with an acrylic primer in the colour of the plaster and allow the primer 24 hours to dry.
- 02
Prepare the mixing water
Pour clean water into a large plastic container, add the powder additive from the pack and mix quickly.
- 03
Add the flakes
Pour the ceramic flakes into the mixture and wet them thoroughly. Add the binder gradually until you reach a mortar consistency; if it is too thick, thin it with a little water, then leave it to rest for about half an hour.
- 04
Apply
Spread the mortar onto the surface with a plastic or steel trowel.
